The Multiple O

By Casea Major
The multiple orgasm is alive and well and I know just where you can find one…for FREE!

In my 1Night Stand story, Night with a Dom, Melody my heroine experiences several orgasms during the encounter. And what makes this deal even sweeter is that for the next five days it’s free on Amazon!

But wait there’s more…my other 1Night Stand, One Knight in Brooklyn is only .99 cents!!!

That’s a compound, multiple O for you courtesy of Decadent Publishing!

So…let’s talk about just how realistic it is for a woman to enter into the Multiple O Realm

Statistics say that 60% of women can achieve multiple orgasms. Although women are more prone to having multiple orgasms, emotional factors, distractions and anxiety affect their sex drive more easily than men. (Reader’s Digest Guide to Love and Sex)

First of all, we should define what a multiple orgasm is. Most people that I’ve asked believe that a multiple orgasm is being able to have more than 1 orgasm in a single sexual encounter. That is true to a point. But the official definition of being multi-orgasmic means you experience orgasms within half a minute to a minute apart. That’s really close together. But each orgasm in a multiple O doesn’t have to be earth-shattering. According to physiology experts, each one need only be waves of pleasurable, tension releases.

Everyone experiences orgasms to a different degree and on a different level, so multiple orgasms also vary among people. By this definition, maybe you've experienced multiple orgasms and didn't even know it. (yeah, right.) I’m thinking if you experience a multiple orgasm your kindagonna know it. LOL
According to Ann Andriani in her article about multiple orgasms, women are known to be more multi-orgasmic than men because they don’t have to go through as long a refractory period as men. And when they do orgasm they are in the plateau stage of sexual arousal, which means they remain in a state of excitement even after orgasm.

Tips for achieving multiple orgasms
Location, Location, Location -- Learn your body and what arouses you
Prepare -- Exercise your sex muscles (Yes there are sexercises! You can find some HERE.)

Communicate -- with your partner

And Practice…a lot.

It’s wonderful if you can learn to experience multiple orgasms, but the Multi O happens far more often in Romance than Real Life. It should never be the be-all-end-all of your sexual encounters. If you’re having too much trouble trying to experience them, don’t beat yourself or your partner up for it. If it’s really important to you, consider adding sex toys to your bedroom play. The important thing is that you and your partner enjoy each other while you’re together. Concentrate on lots of foreplay before engaging in intercourse. Make penetration the very last thing you do and even once it’s over, enjoy the afterglow with your partner.

Here are a couple of sites for more insight and info about multiple orgasms.

Happy Halloween – Casea's Scary Playlist

For those of you who don't know me, I hate scary!  I don't like scary books.
I don't like scary movies.
I don't like haunted houses or even costume shops.
Fear is not an emotion I get pleasure from.

However, I do, on occasion, indulge in scary music. (as long as it's not too scary)
Here is my Top 10 list of personal favorite scary songs. Take a minute listen to a couple. Enjoy a candy treat.

Happy Halloween!!

Hot Firemen, Offensive Language and Self-Promotion

Wild Wednesday with Casea Major

WARNING:  This post contains hot guys, offensive language and blatant self-promotion.
Why are so many firemen H-O-T? Do you think that's why they become firemen – to put out the fires they start. LOL
In my city firefighters are by far the hottest civil servants.  They're the most gallant and helpful, too.
Don't get me wrong, policemen can be attractive.  But when you see a policeman face-to-face it's usually for a traffic violation, and they're generally writing you a ticket or forcing you to talk your way out of one.  You have to be pretty hot to overcome that kind of bad press.

But when you see a fireman it's always because they've come to help in a crisis.
Take Fireman Stewart for instance (or better yet let me take him) – He's a local fireman selected by Jockey Underwear for their national ad campaign.  Seen here:

I might stick my cat up a tree to get this guy to my house. (I don't actually have a cat, but maybe I could find one.)
Fireman really are the modern day KISA(Knights in Shining Armor) and there's nothing we romance readers like better than a good KISA, especially one that's as accessible as 9-1-1.
That was part of the inspiration for my new 1-Night Stand Story, One Knight in Brooklyn.
My hero, Robert, a fireman and business owner from Brooklyn, has not dated since the death of his wife 3 years before.  But at the prodding, cajoling, and general pain-in-the-assin' of his in-laws (That's right in-laws) he books a one-night stand at the Castillo Resort in Niagara Falls.
He doesn't know how the fuck it happened, but he ends up in a castle near a forest where he meets a smokin' hot Lady Marianne.  According to Robert, "If she was a fire, she'd be a goddamn 5-alarm ringer! And she's what the guys at the station call a 10/10 – which means on a scale from 1 to 10, she's the top no matta which way she's facin' – if ya know what I mean."

One Knight in Brooklyn Excerpt:
“Well, Dallas, what did a pretty gal like you expect from this deal?”
There was no way in hell she would answer that question. So she employed her stellar skills of diversion and subterfuge. “What did a guy like you expect from this deal?” Okay, maybe not the cleverest line she’d ever come up with, but this guy with his mesmerizing eyes messed up her mojo.
He leaned back with his elbow on the mattress and flashed a brilliant smile. She swallowed hard. “To get to know a lovely young woman such as yourself and have a little adventure. You think you can handle that?”
Could he be any more cocky? His thinly veiled innuendo struck her with the delicacy of a baseball bat. No question he was hot. From a purely physical standpoint, he was perfection, but did anything rattle around behind those blue eyes?
She crossed her arms over her chest and tilted her chin. “What I want to know is, can you handle that?”
Oops, she hadn’t meant for that to sound like a challenge or an invitation, but even to her own ears, it did. He stood, his long legs closing the distance between them in two strides. She braced her legs to hold her ground, but retreated toward a wall. So much for holding my ground. Pressing her head back against a branch, she looked up into his even stare. God, his eyes were Ceylon blue, his lips full and lush. He stopped in front of her, but continued to lower his head toward hers. Other than the rustling wind, only her ragged breathing sounded amongst the leaves.
Robert braced his hands on either side of her shoulders, effectively trapping her between him and the tree. Every cell in her body buzzed with electrical current, and her gaze helplessly transfixed on him. The lids of his eyes lowered, and his straight nose brushed against hers.
“Can I kiss you?” His whispered request tickled her skin.
Chills swept over her heated body. Her knees gave way, and she sighed out some inaudible response he apparently took as affirmative. He brushed her lips with a kiss.

Just The Facts Friday – Casea Major Edition

I love 70's music.  I would rather listen to Paul McCartney & Wings than the Beatles.
Here is my favorite Paul McCartney & Wings song.  It's the ringtone on my phone.

I taught myself to crochet watching You Tube.

I have insomnia and do my best writing after midnight.

I graduated from a High School that specializes in Performing and Visual Arts….a long time ago.  I specialized in theater.

I have three children.  One is adopted and one is a girl – they are the same one.
I studied Greek and Theology in college.  Many of my stories are inspired by biblical stories.
Yes – even the erotic ones.  You might be surprised what all's in there.
Here is the blurb for my upcoming release with Decadent's 1NS, One Knight in Brooklyn:
After signing up for a one night stand through an exclusive matching agency, recent college grad and hopeless romantic Marianne Caldwell is swept away to a medieval land where she hopes to spend the night with a worthy man of honor.
Unsure of how she got from the Castillo Hotel in Vegas to a castle in Sherwood Forest, Mare finds Robert, whose stunning physique and winning smile immediately convince her he's the Robin Hood she's been seeking.  But despite his efforts in saving her from a corrupt sheriff, his Jersey Shore accent and coarse ways unravel her romantic visions.
With her fairytale fantasies coming unhinged, Mare must decide if Robert is just a crass car salesman from Brooklyn or the chivalrous knight she's looking for.

10Q Tuesday with Casea Major!

How did you start your writing career?
I started writing fiction last November.  I read Alison Croggon's Pellinor Series, which I adored, but I was unsatisfied with the ending and the lack of an answer to one particularly burning question.  So I wrote an answer and a supplemental ending and posted it to a fan fiction site.  The story has become the best liked fan fiction story for the Pellinor series, and the author herself even praised it.  The reception of that piece, and the encouragement from Alison inspired me and within two months, I'd completed my first full-length fantasy romance, The Implanting.

Tell us about your favorite character from your books.
My favorite character is the divinely inspired Petra, a blonde-haired, brown-eyed nobleman in the mystical land of Jastain.  His Gift of Implanting includes diplomacy, animal speak, and the taming of wild beasts – which makes him the perfect match for the feral pirate, Charlee.  He's unassuming, lighthearted, and a man of exceptional quality and character.  I call him my Mary Poppins "practically perfect in every way", which oddly enough is what seems to get him into trouble.  He was rejected by the heroine in The Implanting but finds his Happily Ever After in The Pirate Princess.

Does travel play in the writing of your books?
Travel does play a big part in my stories, but not the kind you might think.  I love time-travel and travel to fantasy worlds.  Jastain is a world I created with mystical creatures and magic.  I have a map, a language based heavily on Latin, and various forms of art to round out culture.  Technologically, it’s a medieval world that's been dubbed the land of rainbows and renaissance.

Tell us about your current release.
I have a current release with New Dawning International Bookfair, Pinocchio Syndrome.  It's a humorous erotic take on the Italian fairytale, kind of like Pinocchio meets the Sopranos.  I've never laughed so hard as I did writing that story.

Tell us about your next release.
My next release is a 1NS story titled One Knight in Brooklyn.  It's loosely based on Robin Hood.  Sick of trying to find Mr. Right in a world of Mr. Right Now, Marianne seeks the services of Madame Eve to introduce her to a romantic knight who will sweep her off her feet.  But what she gets is Robert, a crass car salesman from Brooklyn and a zany adventure in Sherwood Forest.

How do you describe your writing style?
My writing style depends on the voice of the character I'm writing.  But my innate style is formal and elegant with an old world feel.  I have at times been described as 'purple' but I love epic, sweeping romantic scenes that make you sigh.

When in the day/night do you write? How long per day?
Since November, I write, critique, or read anywhere from 12-15 hours a day, seven days a week.  It's a compulsion I can't control.  I recently went to Disney World for five days and didn't touch a computer.  I enjoyed the time with my kids, but it almost killed me and that was the first time since Easter I'd spent a whole day off the computer.

Do you have critique partners or beta readers?
Finding a critique group and strong critique partners is the foremost reason for my dramatic growth as a writer in such a short time.  My crit group is the best in the world, and two (make that three as of last week) of my strongest crit partners are Decadent authors.

Plotter or Pantser? Why?
Plotter? Hahahaha!  My husband thinks it's the funniest thing when I say, "Oh, I have to finish writing my story so I can see what happens."

Boxers or Briefs?
It depends on the man.
