Timing is Everything

 by Libby Waterford

I’ve always wanted to write a friends-to-lovers story, and Sweet Imperfection is my take on two friends who haven’t seen each other in ten years meeting again at their college reunion. Life has thrown both of them curveballs, but in many ways they are able to pick up where they left off—talking, teasing, and trying to ignore their unresolved sexual tension.
Emma and Nate never hooked up back in the day because they were never single at the same time. Has that ever happened to you? There’s someone you have a connection with, someone who makes you look twice, who makes you think “hmm…what would that be like?” But there’s never an opportunity it act because the timing is never right.
I gave Emma and Nate a chance to see what they’d been missing all those years ago and all those years since, and think they made the most of the opportunity. Check it out and see for yourself if their chemistry is as hot as they always suspected it would be!
And if you’re in the mood for another steamy reunion romance, try Passionate History, another contemporary erotic romance novella set at the same university reunion weekend.

About Sweet Imperfection:

Single and childless, Emma Chen-Delvaux is finding her ten-year college reunion almost more than she can handle. Running into recently divorced Nate Hirsch is a welcome distraction, especially when the old friends’ flirtation escalates from banter to the bedroom. Nate and Emma have off-the-charts chemistry, but will their imperfections end their affair after one red-hot reunion weekend?
