Naughty Gift Ideas for the Holidays

By Jessica E. Subject
Hello everyone! With Christmas less than a week away, I’m sure many are still scrambling to find the perfect gift for all of the special someone’s in their lives.
So, I asked the characters from my Edge (erotica) stories to give me their best gift ideas for the sexy special someone in their lives.
Mare from Crash Landing – I’m going to get Tara a Clone-A-Willy kit. That way, when I have to return to the water, she can still have my cock inside her. I think I’ll get one for Cael, too.
Oscar from The Power of Three – A Tantric Massage Oil Candle is the way to go. Not only can I get my woman all revved up by the scent alone, but I can use the oil on both of my lovers, massaging it all over their bodies. Though, it will be even better licking it off of them.
Molly from Alien Lover – I’ve already arranged for a Boudoir Photography Session. That way, when Diego is traveling through space, he will still have the naughty pictures of me to remind him to hurry home.
GIVEAWAY!!!
For your chance to WIN an ebook of one of my The Edge (erotica) stories, tell me what naughty gift you would like under the tree. Perhaps someone dressed in only a red bow? J

An Out of Place Interview

Out of Place Mate available HERE
**explicit language**

by Eva LeFoy

Welcome, Rebecca Royce! We have some questions for you about your steamy Edge series book, Out of Place Mate!

When we first meet Sean, he's upset. He thinks his two brothers aren't focused enough on their work and have possibly been railroaded into marriage by a couple of gold diggers. He's also making not-very-nice comments about shifters--in a bar full of them! Doh! But when Victoria drags him off, he doesn't seem to mind too much. What is it about Victoria that attracts him right off?

Well, she’s a beautiful woman and although he doesn’t know it yet, he is her mate.  There is something about her that draws him and he can’t help but be completely taken with her. Even though he’s really annoyed with his brothers.

It's not too long before Victoria has him thinking with his cock. Why is there such a disconnect between Sean's head and his body? He's almost open mouth - insert foot! But his body responds to Victoria as if he was made for her.

He was made for her, literally. Why is there a disconnect?  Well, he’s really, really attracted to her, and Gunther’s bar is a place where that kind of magic seems to take place.

When Sean sees her naked, what does the sight trigger in him? What place does it touch?

The protective side. The side that has him rushing into a bar ready to do battle for his brothers, is that same side that makes him want to keep Victoria safe, keep her his forever.

How hard is it for Victoria to let him see her that way? Why does she, knowing how Sean thinks of shifters already? Victoria thinks Sean is an alpha male of a lover. I can see hints of this. Tell us, if Sean wanted to go all alpha lover on her, what would he do?

Oh, its really hard and made more difficult since he is human and she doesn’t trust them. I don’t know if I can say in a PG forum what he would do! LOL

I think part of being an Alpha lover is being very protective of your partner/mate.  I think he would make sure she was really sexually satisfied and comfortable all the time.

They seem like two of sides of the same soul. Were they both searching, always for the other half?

Yes. They belong together.

Why does Sean still smell like sandalwood and why didn't he change out of his tux?

He didn’t change out of his tux because he was so focused on getting to his brothers that he never had the time and as for the sandalwood, I think we all have our unique scents and that one is his.

Is he going to ride again now? I mean, besides Victoria : )

Ha! Maybe.

I won't say what Victoria does to Sean at the end, but...was she just as surprised as he was?

Completely surprised.  But Gunther’s Bar was very good to that family….

Thanks for sharing this one! It's a great sexy short.

How far can your imagination take you?

On the Rocks available HERE
Firstly, I would like to say a big thank you to my friend and fellow Decadent author, Zee Monodee for suggesting a topic for my post today. I often find myself stuck on what to blog and I found I just had to answer this question:

How far can your imagination take you; what’s the line you wouldn't cross in PNR?

The paranormal genre is limitless. The possibilities are endless. There are so many myths and fables; so many documented creatures, all of which have come from somewhere, and are ever changing depending on their origin. The veil of truth on the existence of magic, creatures, and lost worlds is so very thin.

I for one believe that all of the above existed once upon a time, and the idea that there is so much more out there, beyond what we have been taught to believe is real or not, oh, it’s thrilling. As a reader it makes a story so much more enjoyable, as an author . . . heaven, because we can recreate these creatures, these legends and myths, over and over, changing them to fit into our worlds, making them fresh and new; making them real, 3-D.

This genre is a playground in which an author’s imagination can run wild. It is a genre in which you are free to even create new creatures and worlds because where there is a touch of supernatural, anything goes. Who are we to say what is and isn’t real when it is created outside the boundaries of what is classed as “normal?” If it is paranormal then it exists; it’s real, because anything is possible within this genre.
In regards to my own imagination, I have yet to reach a limit; I have yet to reach or even find a line that I wouldn’t be able to cross, and that would be because I have yet to stretch my imagination to its full potential.

I have been writing stories for three years now--not include the few projects I had as a teenager – and I can honestly say that I have only dipped my toe in the slush that is my warped little mind. I know there are more stories in me, bigger ones, more daring, more adventures and definitely ones that cross into genres that I don’t feel brave enough to take on just yet. Ideas just keep coming, mostly as dreams, terrifying, provocative dreams; each one is very different – although most contain that special dose of paranormal - but I still feel like there is more. So, I write them down and put them away, but I haven’t yet come to a line that I couldn’t cross, because there is always a reason for why events in stories happen, and sometimes, they aren’t pleasant.

Talking about unpleasant, I could have crossed a line with my F/F dark erotic paranormal short story, On The Rocks, which is part of Decadent Publishing Edge Series. I could have made the outcome a lot different, less “satisfying” and possibly macabre. Believe me, I was tempted, but I was too amused by the way the story turned out. You see, On The Rocks was the first story I wrote where I picked a lesser known creature and had the chance to mould her into something completely different.

On The Rocks is sexy, terrifying, and a little twisted. Curious? Here’s a little taste:

Excerpt:
Her warm breath skated down my neck causing a shiver to curl around my spine. She straightened then slid her hands through my hair. My eyelids fluttered at the feel of her fingertips stroking over my temples and along my hairline.
   “I saw you watching us.”
I stared at her. “Excuse me?”
“Do you like watching?” She retrieved a few items from the vanity table, twisted two sections of my hair, and pushed the hair clips into place. “It’s all right. You can tell me, Meghan.”
My body tightened at the husky way she said my name. The knot between my legs pulsed under her piercing stare. I had no idea how, or even why she managed to get under my skin, but God, I wanted her.
“I’m not a pervert or anything.”
“I know you’re not.” She slid a chain of small red flowers into the black mass of my hair.
“I just heard a noise. I guess my curiosity got the best of me.” I shifted on my seat. “I’m sorry—”
“Don’t be. I liked you watching.”
My nails dug into my knees as her hands moved down my throat. Her skin like satin—her touch, soft. She ran her fingertips over the top of my breasts.
“I would have asked you to join us, if you hadn’t run.” Her gaze caught mine again while she slid her hand inside my skin-tone bra. “Will you run now, or will you do what we both know you want to do?”
~ * ~
Zenzie is promiscuous, but terrifying?
If you’re interested in finding out why, and what happens next, leave me a comment to be in with a chance of winning your very own copy of “On The Rocks.” A winner will be picked with the help of Random.org at midnight – 6pm est time – on October 20th.
Thanks for stopping by! Have a fab weekend.

Blurb:
On the Rocks is the hottest club on South Padre Island, and Meghan’s new workplace.

If the warped mermaid uniform isn’t enough, the fact that she can’t stop thinking about the club’s singer, Zenzie, is. Everything about the female gets Meghan hot, but when she finally gets her shot with the temptress, it turns out Zenzie isn’t as perfect, or as human, as Meghan thought.

Thunderstruck!

Only 99 cents for a limited time!
By Taryn Kincaid

So I need to watch TV.  No apologies. I really, really, really need to watch TV.

Sometimes I come home from the job outside in the real world, with real people, and my brain and body are absolutely fried. I can graze Facebook a little, but only because I think I have to. My Twittering has drastically fallen by the wayside over the past few months because, essentially, I can’t keep up.  Sometimes, I can’t even play Spider Solitaire or Free Cell.

So…back to me and TV…. Now, in the dead heat of summer, there is absolutely nothing on.  This drives me nuts. Over the past two weeks, I have watched two On Demand movies that have the world “Quartet” in the title. I have watched two On Demand movies that have to do with people staging operas in the English countryside with lovely grounds and scenery. I know nothing about opera, you understand.

But I expect my DVR to be getting quite the workout again this fall.
Did you hear? FOX is coming out with a new TV series called Sleepy Hollow.  I am sooo there. The TV series looks all kinda dark and mystical. But somehow, I don’t think it’ll ever get as steamy as my Sleepy Hollow series.

Heat Wave, the fourth in the Sleepy Hollow series of hot & sexy paranormal 1Night
Stand stories is coming out next month.

To celebrate the Heat Wave release (and maybe some other good news about Sleepy Hollow to come), Decadent was gracious enough to reduce the Amazon price of Thunder, the second 1Night Stand book in the series, to the grab-it-now price of 99 cents!

So…grab it now! It’s a limited time offer, until July 27.
Here’s the link:  THUNDER on Amazon.

And here’s a blurb and excerpt. Happy Reading!

BLURB:
Lonely young witch, Veronica Hardwicke, has struggled to get on with her life after the death of the elderly husband who’d left her a fortune and a sprawling estate in mystical Sleepy Hollow. When frightening things go bump in the night on a stormy Fourth of July, who better to call than the sexy developer and contractor, Sean Jones, who's been renovating her mansion for months?

Sean may grace the tabloid pages with a different supermodel on his arm every night, but it's Veronica who drives him nuts. Ignoring his instinct to stay away, he answers her summons.

Will the thundering passion of their 1Night Stand tear down the barriers between them?

EXCERPT:
Veronica paced back and forth in the grand entry foyer of the Belmont mansion, the kitten heels of her Prada mules clacking on the marble floors.
The rest of the place might not be finished, but she’d insisted on having a few rooms completed, so at least she felt like she was living in a home, rather than a massive, never-ending construction project. Well, her contractor had insisted, even though working around the main entrance and central hallway created more work for him and his crew. But she was forced to admit he was right.
Her cell phone chimed on top of the antique credenza shoved flush against one wall. She leaped for it. Probably Geneviève, to regale her with all the fun she was having in Paris. Or Sean, to advise her he couldn’t make it after all. She sighed and read the text message on the small screen.
Congratulations, Veronica. 1Night Stand has found your date. Have a good time.
With both anxiety and mounting excitement, she stared at the screen and waited. No other info. Outside in the night, thunder boomed. She jumped then laughed at herself.
Ghosts are one thing, but freaking out at the weather now? Cripes, you really do need this date!
She let her imagination run wild, then texted back for more details: When? Where? Who?
An insistent pounding at the front door jarred her out of her fantasy. She swung the door open on another explosive crack of thunder.
Sean stood on her doorstep, his soaked T-shirt molding sculpted pecs and abs, his drenched hair flattened over his brow. Rain poured down as he fiddled with his iPhone, a bemused expression on his face. Behind him, jagged arrows of lightning tore the dark sky. He glared at the screen, glanced at her in confusion, then back at the screen.
Veronica’s own phone pinged again. Thunder roared. She read the message in disbelief.
   You’re looking at him.

What’s on your bucket list?

By Starla Kaye
We hear all the time about people’s bucket lists. I hadn’t even really thought about making one because I just want to do everything. Okay, maybe not quite everything, but a lot of things. But my niece who is 16 talks all the time about her bucket list. So I decided maybe I should come up with something, too.

Currently my list includes visiting a dude ranch, parasailing, possibly hang gliding, going to as many other countries as I can, zip lining, and attending the big balloon festival in Albuquerque. In truth, my list could go on and on. You’d think from some of the more physical items that I was some kind of adrenaline junkie, but I’m not really. I am curious about things, sometimes a bit too daring (at least according to my daughter and husband).

I have managed to check off one item that would have been on my bucket list: hot air ballooning. Earlier this month I had the opportunity to ride in a balloon over the Napa Valley. I LOVED it! And, yes, I’m shouting about it. It was everything I thought it would be and more.

Oddly, as soon as we went up and I first looked down, the first thing that came to my mind was that I was actually living the eye test I have every year. Do you remember that one? Where they try to adjust how you see this balloon hovering over some fields? I swear that view was Napa Valley.

So…what’s on your bucket list? Anything wildly exciting?

Oh, my writing list would include writing another couple of dozen books for Decadent Publishing. I just had a new story, Acceptance, come out with The Edge Series. And I’m working on three other stories: one is a sequel to The CEO and the Cowboy, one is another 1Night Stand story, and one is for the Challenge Series.

Interview with The Milkman

Buy The Milkman Cometh HERE
Today I’m interviewing Kate Richards about her “Edge” book, The Milkman Cometh. An Edge story is sexy, manytimes kinky and preferably takes the reader somewhere they haven't been before. They have sex earlier than in erotic romances, and more often.

Now about the Milkman Cometh:

I love the opening of the book! The milkman who wants to be a city slicker and not a country boy. And he really seems to like his job. Tell us, has Roberto had any other encounters with the housewives of Los Angeles County?

Oh, yes. Roberto does share some of this in the story, but he’s quite the playboy. Of course, he didn’t have any reason not to…at the start.

My, it must get hot there during the summer! Okay, so I see Roberto does make deliveries – special deliveries, wink wink - on his route. And he’s already noticed Alicia’s tempting green eyes. Tell us, how long has she been fueling Robert’s fantasies?

Since the very first time she bent over to pick up her milk and he noticed the sweet curves under her less than tightly-belted robe. She didn’t mean to share, and was quite embarrassed afterward, but Roberto was interested in seeing so much more.

It looks as though Alicia has noticed Roberto as well! What’s her secret plan? Why does she choose him? Where does she get the courage to put her plan in motion?

Alicia is tired of being the subject of gossip just because her husband has left her for someone else. She’s lonely and hurt at being abandoned by her friends. She doesn’t understand why he did her wrong and all the other wives treat her like a threat. So…if she’s going to be accused of something, she might as well have the fun!

Do they share sexual tastes? Are they a good match? Or is Roberto naturally a good match with every woman?

Roberto is, shall we say, gifted. He is capable of making many women’s carnal dreams come true. But his heart is not engaged until he meets Alicia, which also makes him an even better lover, since he desires to please her so much more.

Alicia is very emotional in this story. It’s as though a dam breaks. What has been holding her back all this time? What finally frees her?

It’s the 1950s, things are a whole lot more conservative and women’s roles more defined. She left her home and family in another state when her husband brought her to SoCal. Against their wishes. She is absolutely on her own, and her job ‘housewife’ went out the door with him. It took a while for her to process, grieve, and finally gather the courage to live her life as she chooses, but you’re right, once she does, watch out!

And Roberto changes too. It takes a lot for the sexy milkman to walk away from his long-time route. What makes him want to do so?

He doesn’t feel Alicia would appreciate his chatting with all his conquests on a daily basis, just being a considerate guy.

If you could go back and visit them six months later, what kind of sex would they be having? Can you describe it?

Ever heard of a key party? Roberto is not a saint, and Alicia is definitely cutting loose. While I am not saying that they would participate, you never know about these wild and crazy people once they get their guard down. And even if they don’t I have it on good authority, Roberto’s nephew has been even more of a run-around man than his not too much older uncle.

Thanks for letting me get to know Roberto and Alicia! I had a great time and know other readers will too.

Thank you for inviting me to stop by! I’d like to offer a copy of The Milkman Cometh to one of your commenters, if you’d like to close your eyes and select one at random.

Blurb:
Roberto’s reputation extends far beyond his efficiency as a milkman. He also provides intimate services to the many lonely ladies along his route. But he’s had his eye on a lovely divorcee for quite some time. One who has ignored all his flirting, so far.

Alice is ready to make a fresh start. Treated as the tract harlot, just because she’s on her own, she’s ready to make that name a reality. And she’s going to begin with the handsome milkman who has let her know on several occasions that he’s ready to deliver.

Roberto is playing with fire—a fiery redhead whose surprising innocence may steal his heart and leave the ladies of his route unsatisfied once again!
