Tumbleweeds

By Chastity Bush
It’s once again summertime and I’ve decided this shall be, The Summer Of The Cowboy!
It’s been a while since I released my first ever Western romance, Tumbleweeds, and I’ve decided that it’s about time to start working on the next book in the sequel.
For those of you who’ve read Tumbleweeds, the next book will focus on Deputy Robbie.
But there are a few things I’d like to know before I get started that only you, the reader, can help me with.
I know what I like in a cowboy, but what does it for you? The strong silent type, the all-around cowboy or the rough-and-tumble with a hint of softness lurking beneath?
I’d also like to know what you don’t want to see. What is it that you’ve seen so much of that you’re just going to scream if you have to read it again?
For me, that’s the whole virgin thing. It seems like every time you pick up a historical the virgin-card is played constantly.
I’d love to hear your opinions and suggestions and as always you can comment here or find me at my regular haunts listed below.
I also have a new Facebook page under my new pen name: Anna Snow.
While the sequel to Tumbleweeds will be by me, Chastity Bush, all other books by me in the future will be by my alter-ego Anna, so don’t forget to stop by and show her some love.

XOXO,

Chastity Bush

Cowboys, cowboys, Everywhere!

Buy Tumbleweeds HERE!

By Chastity Bush
A few days ago someone asked me, “What’s the deal with you and cowboys?”

Needless to say, I looked at her as though she were crazy and replied, “How can you not love cowboys?”

Tell me, what woman doesn’t love a hardworking, slightly gruff, but oh-so-titillating man wrapped in a pair of jeans that look as though they were painted on by the hand of a master?

I grew up in small towns all over Texas and Oklahoma, where cowboys abound. My love of cowboys goes waaay back. I guess you could say I was born with it. J

There’s just something about the way a cowboy walks, the way he talks, the movements he makes, and the way he thinks that make them, in my opinion, some of the sexiest men out there.

Of course, I had to put all of these traits together for one over-the-top alpha male cowboy when I wrote Tumbleweeds.

In Tumbleweeds, I wanted every cowboy the reader meets to be the epitome of sexy, even the villain and the village idiot. J

I’ll admit, I like striking, sensual vampires, and stunning alpha werewolves, but when it comes right down to it, give me a cowboy fresh from bailing hay and I’m as happy as a bird with a French fry.

So, tell me, do you love cowboys and why, or why not?
I can’t wait to hear what you have to say.

Tumbleweeds

By Chastity Bush

Hello, everyone, and thanks for having me here today!
For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Chastity Bush, (yes, that’s my real name) and I’m the author of several romance novels. I’m a wife, and the mother of two great girls.
Thanks to my husband, I discovered that writing is my true passion, and I currently have several projects in the works, including a sequel to my hot western romance, Tumbleweeds.
I received so many great reviews, and so many wonderful reader comments for Tumbleweeds that I’ll never be able to thank all of you readers enough.
I get asked all of the time if I have any tips or advice for aspiring/new authors, and I certainly do!
First of all, don’t write what’s hot at the moment. Write what you love, because what’s hot today, most likely won’t be hot tomorrow.
Don’t emulate someone else’s work. You have an imagination, use it!
Always research who you’re submitting your work to. Believe it or not, not all publishers, agents, and editors have your best interest at heart.
And last but certainly not least, don’t write for money. If you start writing with the idea of becoming rich and famous, you’re going to be horribly disappointed. Write because you love it. Write because others love books. Write because it’s your passion.
I sincerely hope this helps any of you who have question. Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to check out my rambling. Also, I have a brand new blog/official website you can check out. There you’ll find a lot of reviews from some awesome authors, a page dedicated to my books, and reviews, and much, much, more!

I hope to hear from some of you soon!

Have a fantastic day!

Tumbleweeds

Thanks for having me here today.

Blog posts aren’t my strong suit, but for my fantastic readers, I’ll give it a shot. J

My latest book with Decadent Publishing is my first ever historical/western romance, TumbleweedsI’ve always loved the elements, the feel, of the old west, so writing this story was right up my alley. After the idea of this story rattled around in my head for a while, I finally decided to take a stab at writing it. You see, paranormal is my bread and butter so I was a bit worried about even attempting to write a western, but this story was strong, and something I knew I’d kick my self later for not at least trying to write. Tumbleweeds has received a lot of great reviews and I’m currently tossing around ideas for a sequel. Perhaps Deputy Robbie needs a story of his own? Tumbleweeds is available in not only e-format, but in print as well!

Here’s a little bit about Tumbleweeds. If you have a chance to try my work, I hope you enjoy it. Also, I’d love to hear from you! All my links are listed below.

As the adopted daughter of the town’s madam, Strawberry Meadows has seen it all. After ten years of living in Lily Bell’s saloon she believes all men are the same: wild cads, cheating husbands, tumbleweeds, and outlaws. Marriage is not an option, but when Berry comes face to face with the town’s new sheriff, she finds herself fighting feelings she has never before experienced. With friends and family playing matchmaker, controlling the urge to throw herself into the lawman’s arms proves more difficult than she ever imagined.

Sheriff Tavis Wilks came to Chamberlin to begin life anew. Perhaps find a wife and settle down. Unfortunately, not one of the women in the town caught his eye or held his interest, until he met Berry. Something about her set his blood on fire. From her hot tempter to her unwillingness to let him close, he wants her, needs her. The only thing stopping him from making her his own is Berry herself.

When an old enemy rambles into town and takes a special interest in Berry, Tavis must scramble to rescue the only woman he has ever loved before his future is destroyed by his past.
