Meggie MacDougall, the heroine, took a long weekend away from her Scottish village to play in Dublin and the only person who knows anything about her “playing” is Quinn, the sexy Irish football coach who sweet-talked her into his bed. Indeed, Meggie had a magical time with a man she never imagined she could have as her own. Together they celebrated life and each other. Then, when the weekend ended, Quinn went back to work and Meggie returned to Scotland.

Only, Quinn never left her mind. And many months later he arrived in her wee Highland village to find out what other fun they could have together.

How did Meggie react? She panicked because she is a pillar of her community, a model citizen.
